There are a few policies we adhere to when helping your friend
 find a suitable home.  Please remember the following
when considering adopting from us:

*  An indoor environment. The pets placed by Kitty City are best suited for an indoor life. No exceptions.

*  Kitty City does not endorse, participate in, or adopt cats to those planning to DECLAW our felines. DECLAWING is a very painful and unnecessary multiple amputation surgery. For more information on why we do not allow this, please read the Humane Society's article on declawing.

*  All cats placed by Kitty City are spayed or neutered and current on their vaccinations. It is the responsibility of the adopting parent to keep all vaccinations current.

*  If you must depart from your friend, you agree to return the adopted kitty to Kitty City. Do not give to friends, take to the pound or anything else but return them to us.

*  There is a $45.00 adoption fee for all adult cats.

*  There is an $85.00 adoption fee for kittens. Once the little guy/girl is old enough to spay or neuter, your receipt for the procedure will be worth a $50 refund.

If you adopt from Kitty City, you give your consent to agree to the above policies.
