The KATO Foundation originated as a vehicle to provide humane care for cats in a no-kill environment while waiting for adoption.  As a 501c3 organization, every donation to Kitty City is a tax deductible contribution.

The shelter provides cageless indoor sleeping quarters, as well as outdoor play areas.  These areas are accessible to our feline friends 24 hours a day.

The folks at Kitty City care deeply about cats and their welfare.  Our goal is to see them placed with a loving and caring companion.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am until 12pm.Visits during off hours by appointment only.
